6. Your Content & Letters

You own the dispute information you enter and the final letters generated from your data. By using SueLetter, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your input for the sole purpose of generating your demand letter.

We do not use your letters or dispute details to train AI models. We do not share your letters with other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the legal right to submit the dispute information you provide
  • Your use of the generated letter will comply with all applicable laws

7. AI-Generated Content — Important Limitations

SueLetter uses artificial intelligence (Groq API / Llama AI model) to generate demand letter text. You must understand:

  • AI can make mistakes. The generated letter may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language for your specific situation.
  • Always review before sending. Read every word of your generated letter before sending it to anyone.
  • Legal citations are informational. While we cite applicable laws, we cannot guarantee that every citation is current, correctly applied, or sufficient for your case.
  • Jurisdiction may vary. Laws change frequently. Statutes cited may have been amended since our training data was collected.
  • Not a legal opinion. The AI does not analyze the merits of your case or predict your chances of success.
